Lumiere Luxe Policy

Every booking is confirmed with a booking fee. It holds your stylist and your appointment time. The booking fee is non-refundable and comes off your final bill.

Please come on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late and another client is booked straight after you, we have to give your time away and the booking fee is not refunded. If nobody is booked after you, we will still do your appointment and the booking fee counts towards your bill. We may offer a shorter service or move your appointment instead. Running more than 15 minutes late? Call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to keep your time.

If you do not come at all, the booking fee is not refunded.

Need to move your appointment? You can move it once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking fee moves to the new time. It is not refunded. Changes with less notice need a manager's approval.
